Wizlix Technologies Private Limited, the operator of Flozari, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to meet the needs of users in the United States, India, and worldwide.

Conformance Status

Flozari aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone.

This standard aligns with:

  • United States — Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • India — Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPwD) and GIGW 3.0
  • European Union — EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act

Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard.
  • Skip to main content — A skip link appears when you press Tab.
  • Screen reader support — Icon buttons, landmarks, and headings are labeled for assistive technologies.
  • Reduced motion — Animations are minimized automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Color contrast — Foreground and background colors meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
  • Multi-language & RTL — The interface supports 10 languages including Arabic with right-to-left direction.
  • Responsive design — Layouts adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop with tap targets sized for touch.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas under active improvement include:

  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Instagram media previews) may not meet our accessibility standards.
  • Complex flow-builder canvas interactions are best experienced with a pointer device; we are working to improve keyboard support.

Assessment Approach

Wizlix assesses the accessibility of Flozari through a combination of internal code review, automated testing tools (axe, Lighthouse), and ongoing user feedback. This statement was last reviewed on August 10, 2026.
