What we receive from Meta
- Your Instagram username, user id, profile picture, follower count, and biography.
- Your Facebook Page id and Page access token (used to send messages on your behalf).
- Direct messages and comments sent to your connected accounts, including sender id and message text.
- Media metadata for posts and stories your automations reference (post id, caption, permalink).
How we use it
- To trigger your automations (comment-to-DM, story replies, follow-ups) and deliver the messages you configured.
- To show your inbox, contacts, and activity history inside Flozari.
- To improve your own AI replies (your data is never used to train third-party models).
Retention & deletion
- Activity logs are purged after 90 days.
- OAuth tokens are deleted within 7 days of disconnect.
- When you remove Flozari from Meta Settings → Apps, Meta notifies us and we mark your connection as deauthorized and clear stored tokens automatically.
- You can request full deletion of Meta-sourced data via Meta's "Apps and Websites" deletion flow; status is shown at /legal/meta-deletion-status.
How to delete your data from Flozari
Use the in-app account deletion control to permanently delete your Flozari account and associated data:
- Sign in to Flozari and open Settings → Security.
- In the Delete account section, select Delete account.
- Enter "Delete account" exactly as shown, then confirm the deletion.
This deletes your Flozari account, profile, automations, conversations, contacts, and logs. Some records may be retained only where required by law.
You can open the deletion control at /settings. If you cannot access your account, email support@flozari.com.
Your controls
- Disconnect any Instagram or Facebook account from Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Revoke Flozari's access entirely at facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations.
- Email support@flozari.com for any data request.
