Affiliate Program Terms

1. Agreement and program scope

These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Affiliate Terms”) are an agreement between Wizlix Technologies Private Limited, which operates Flozari (“Flozari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and an approved participant (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). They govern the Flozari Affiliate Program (the “Program”). The Program is a commercial partner program and is separate from Flozari’s customer Refer & Earn program.

By applying, accepting an affiliate offer, or using an approved affiliate link, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Flozari Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the written affiliate offer issued to you controls only for its commission rate, attribution period, payment schedule, and campaign-specific terms.

2. Eligibility and approval

• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the age of majority in your location.
• Participation is by our written approval. We may approve, decline, pause, or revoke participation at our discretion, including where a channel, audience, or promotion method creates brand, platform, or compliance risk.
• You must provide accurate contact, payment, and tax information before any payment is made.
• You may not create self-referrals, use deceptive identity or device practices, or obtain commissions for accounts you control or pay for.

3. Tracking and qualifying subscriptions

We will provide an approved tracking method, such as a unique affiliate link, after acceptance. A commission is only eligible when Flozari can attribute a new subscription to your approved tracking method and the subscription meets the qualification criteria in your affiliate offer.

We do not guarantee that every visit, signup, trial, renewal, or payment will be tracked or commissionable. We may decline, reverse, or withhold a commission for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, non-payment, violations of these Affiliate Terms, or tracking manipulation.

4. Commissions, payment, and taxes

Your written affiliate offer states the applicable commission rate, eligible subscription type, attribution period, validation period, minimum payout threshold, payout method, and payment timing. Unless your offer expressly says otherwise, commissions are not earned on taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, free plans, internal accounts, or amounts that Flozari has not received.

You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting obligations, bank or payment-provider fees, and any required registrations. We may request tax forms, identity verification, invoices, or other reasonable information before payment. Commissions are not wages, salary, or employee benefits.

5. Honest promotions and required disclosures

You must make your material relationship with Flozari clear, conspicuous, and close to every recommendation or affiliate link. Do not rely only on vague wording such as “affiliate link.” State the nature of the benefit you may receive in language your audience can understand.

For video, Stories, Reels, and other visual formats, make the disclosure prominent enough to be noticed before or at the point people see your recommendation or link. You are responsible for following all advertising, consumer-protection, platform, and disclosure requirements that apply to your location and audience.

6. Promotion restrictions

• Do not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed-results claims about Flozari, pricing, features, earnings, Meta, or customer outcomes.
• Do not send unsolicited commercial email, SMS, direct messages, or other spam; do not use misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, impersonation, or malware.
• Do not bid on Flozari trademarks, register confusing domains or social handles, or represent yourself as Flozari without our prior written permission.
• Do not offer unapproved rebates, discounts, coupons, cash incentives, or contests in connection with Flozari.
• Use Flozari trademarks, logos, screenshots, and brand assets only as we approve and do not alter them in a misleading way.

7. Compliance, platforms, and privacy

You are solely responsible for your promotional content, channels, audience targeting, and legal compliance. This includes applicable consumer-protection, advertising, privacy, email, and platform rules in the United States, India, and every other market where you promote Flozari. You must comply with the rules of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, search platforms, ad networks, and other services you use.

Do not send us personal data about prospective customers unless we have expressly agreed to receive it and provided an appropriate method. You must have all required rights and permissions for any personal data you process.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend tracking, withhold commissions, or terminate your participation immediately if we reasonably believe you breached these Affiliate Terms, caused legal or reputational risk, engaged in fraud, or violated a platform’s rules. Either party may end participation at any time. After termination, you must stop presenting yourself as a Flozari affiliate and stop using our approved links and assets unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update the Program or these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice through the Program, email, or this page. Continuing to participate after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Independent relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of Flozari. You may not bind Flozari, negotiate on our behalf, or make commitments for us. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute provisions in the Flozari Terms of Service apply to these Affiliate Terms to the extent permitted by law.
